About Volunteer Service
Volunteers are critical to the success of our mission. We accept volunteer applications all year long. Bring your friends and have fun volunteering together!
Volunteers are the backbone of support for the Ladies of Charity Lake Travis Thrift Shop. Our volunteers love the opportunity to meet new people and enjoy fellowship while contributing to a mission which serves their community. We ask our volunteers to commit to at least one day a week and choose a 3-hour shift of either 10-1 or 1-4. We are closed on Sundays for all and closed on Mondays to the public.
New volunteers will attend an orientation to learn about the Ladies of Charity Lake Travis, our mission, and our shop’s procedures. We offer many types of volunteer opportunities that would fit into anyone’s schedule. You will be supporting those in need through this volunteer effort! How do I Become a volunteer?
Please fill out our online application. You may also fill out an application in person at the Thrift Shop.
It is that easy! Someone will contact you and schedule your orientation at your convenience. The orientation guide should be able to answer any questions you may have.
